Current trends in future generations of a mobile architecture call for an integration of urbanistic qualities. These qualities inherit advancements in technology while maintaining luxury to enhance a current and future mobile existence. The concepts of the contemporary nomad are driving architectural discourse. The Instant Urban Vehicle (I.U.V.) is the aggregate for urbanism. It has the opportunity for a mixed use program as it travels through an ever increasing nomadic lifestyle with an evolving culture of consumer existence.
